Chance me Georgia Tech out of state

Hello everyone my junior year just ended and I'm really looking into Georgia Tech as my reach and I want to gauge whether I have a chance or not.

Here are my stats and EC's

Academics:

I go to an early college and I'm dual enrolled at my state university. I've taken 2 college math classes, 10 honors classes, and 5 AP classes. I've taken a lot of math heavy courses ( math 2, 3, pre calc, calc, college calc 1, and physics all honors btw. Next semester ill being taking college calc 2

My UW Gpa is a 3.7(little on the low end) and my weighted is a 4.22. My school is cvery ompetitive and ranked top 5 in my state if that counts for anything. For SAT I haven't taken it yet but will for this upcoming one and my ACT score is not so great being only a 29.

EC's

I've been in CAP (national organization similar to JROTC) for almost 3 years and currently a CMSgt (senior rank within the program), I'm getting my Mitchell award( national recognized award by the Military hard to get) sometime next month. I serve as my squadrons Aerospace NCO, where I help plan and led aerospace related activates.

I currently am in NHS and Student Council but just as a general member.

I founded a UNICEF club at my school, and I'm a youth leader at my local hindu temple, I've been a student ambassador at my school, serve as a coach for a local program that helps those with disabilities play basketball, serve on my town youth council, and have a 150+ volunteers hours.

I ran spring track this year for my school.

I did a business internship last year, and this year I am doing a paid internship with my states Department of Environmental Quality. I've also been selected to attend my states Boys state as well.

Again advice would be much appreciated
