I am looking a college for my brother, and j feel like kiet is descent, last year Tak toh aktu se admission hota tha , idk this year someone told me ki direct hi krana pdega , pls can someone confirm.

So I live in a hostel , and there is a computer centre , that is open 24/7 where you can study , and I am in my final year and preparing for my placement, tbh it is a very very tensed phase and i am like in constant anxiety for whole fking day .

So today I was studying and there is this group of aunties ( cleaning staff of hostel ) that came to the computer centre and started talking loudly about their problems and stuff , they came in there because computer centre is fully ac , but offcourse they are not officially allowed, but it's okay , garmi hai soo.

But after a point it became irritating as how loudly they were speaking, they were literally giving gandi gaali to someone, and I felt a very negative energy around them , so I came back to hostel to took a rest as I wasn't feeling very well .

And then after 1 hour when I came back , I saw that the whole computer centre is filled with the group of aunties , and there is only 1 student sitting there , i went and sat on my seat , and they were all literally shouting, and I wasn't able to focus, so I went to the guard aunty of computer centre and told her that please ma'am aap inko boldo ki thoda dheere bol le , I have a project to submit, and she replies so rudely, ki ye toh dharna pe baithe hai sabh , tum bhi niklo yaha se , and after listening that tone , I lost my temper , I packed my things from the computer centre, clicked there photo , and called the supervisor of computer centre and the warden , and sent the photographs to them complaining about the situation t, and went back to hostel after that , the authorities throwed them out of computer centre and locked it , even for the students.

But then after dinner I saw that the guard aunty of my hostel was crying and when I asked she told me that this is her last day , and that all the staff are being fired , I asked her why , and she told me that their tender is over and new staff will come from tomorrow, and then i understood, all those cleaning staff dharna situation.

And then I went into a self doubt , i feel like I should have known the whole situation before complaining to higher authorities, I mean those people are also losing their jobs , and maybe I should have studied in the hostel for one day , I feel guilty guys.

I don't know why I am sharing all this , but yeah , i feel guilty .

I am so confused regarding, which companies come for placement and which for the 6m and which one don't come .

Pls pls if anyone has some kinda list , it would be very much appreciated.

Or if any senior can send their tnp exported chats .

Guys, I genuinely need some advice.

I'm entering my 4th year and placement season is literally around the corner. The problem is... I haven't cleared even a single OA yet.

I've tried almost everything people usually suggest:

​

* Competitive Programming

* LeetCode

* Striver sheets

* Cheating

​

But somehow, every OA ends with a rejection and at this point I'm honestly confused about what exactly companies are looking for.

My CGPA is not great (just above 7), but it's not terrible either. So I'm trying to understand:

​

1. What is the actual criteria companies use to shortlist after an OA?

​

2. What are people who consistently clear OAs doing differently?

​

And one question that might sound controversial:

A lot of people around me talk about cheating in OAs. Is it actually worth it , I mean is there anyone who have qualified the OA round with cheating and just copy pasting chat gpt code

I'm not looking for shortcuts. I'm genuinely trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong because right now it feels like I'm putting in effort but not getting results.

If you've gone from failing OAs to consistently clearing them, please tell me what changed for you.

Bhaii i hate hostel to the coreeee of my heart , literally everyone here areee sooo fkin rude and corrupt,

Bc humare paise khake apne personal use ka samaan mangwate hai , literally humare saamne woh bhi .

It's gonna be my last year now , in the campus , and it's really my hardik dil ki khwahish, to participate in a hostell protest , please bhai protest krwado ek , lucknow uni ki trah 😭😭

And reasons toh ek hazaar hai mere paas genuine woh bhi , bhaiiii haddd hai yarrrr , I HATE HOSTELLLLLLL

I am 3rd year student going to 4th year , kinda tensed because of all the placement season ( didn't get the internship either🥲)

I think I can do much better in DBMS roles, as I have much more interest in that instead of DSA, although I am doing DSA regularly.

But still I want to learn DBMS and sql much more , kinda master it , so that I can stand out for those roles , please seniors can u suggest some resources, from where I can Iearn it more thoroughly. I know the basics for now .
