Hi! I’m a female undergrad student looking for a roommate @ berkdale apts! It’s a 2 bed 1 bath for 2275 + utilities (about $100)! It’s a gated apt with covered parking, about 6 minute drive from campus. I don’t want to sign the lease until I can confirm I have someone else living with me, so lease will be confirmed and signed ASAP as I’ve already toured and contacted them!
