Hi everyone!

I’ll be staying in Asahikawa from the end of December until the end of January. It will be my second time there.

I’m travelling solo, and Asahikawa will be my first stop. I’d love to meet some people to hang out with, go snowboarding with, or explore the area together.

I’m planning to do a lot of snowboarding and splitboard touring, mostly in the backcountry. I know how dangerous it can be to go into the backcountry alone, so I’m looking for a group or at least one experienced person to join.

I’m from Austria. My English isn’t perfect, but I can communicate without any major problems.

I’ll also have a car, so I’ll be quite flexible and able to drive to different ski areas or touring locations.

I’ll be staying the whole time at Asahikawa Ride, a small and affordable hostel with an awesome team. :)
