I posted this 12 days ago on r/writers and got no responses. But the situation has gotten worse.

For the life of me I can't find any way to upload that revised file and the title itself sits there with an "awaiting update."

>* A revised file cannot be submitted until the "Upload New File" button is there.

Six days after I wrote this I updated to report the mysterious button had suddenly appeared. So I painstakingly resubmitted, making sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Then re-uploaded the files. Today I get another rejection with the note that no cover file had been received.

And again there is no "Upload New File" button!!

So, I feel a little like...well, who cares how I feel. My question is, has anyone else run into anything like this at the IngramSpark website?

Also, you can submit a support ticket, but it takes them a week to respond??!!

The first printed copies of my first novel are arriving tomorrow and I'm trying to set up a WordPress e-commerce site on my personal domain but running into all sorts of issues. And willing to pay someone familiar with WordPress and their block system to give me a push.

I used to use WordPress all the time 20 years ago. Then I stopped using it and now when I need something quick I'm trying to use it and they've improved it so much it's no longer usable.

I just need to be able to sit down with someone for an hour or two as they explain the fundamentals of it to me so I don't have to slog through the whole themes and block editors and all this unfamiliar stuff.

I'd pay somebody $100 to do that maybe at the library or at my place or wherever

I'm trying to find someone with a quiet, professional quality audio recording setup I can rent to produce the audio version of a novel I recently finished.

I have a 1984 Chevy big block 454 7.4 l gasoline engine with vacuum issues

Really need to hire someone to help
