Hello Everyone, I am wondering if anyone has dealt with a similar issue. I ordered a package from Nordstrom, which says was delivered to my building and a photo was there for proof of delivery. I went to check the mail area of my building and my package was gone. I am so frustrated because there was $300 worth of dresses in the package that I needed for this weekend. I reached out to Nordstrom, and they said they cannot help me. Has this happened to anyone else before? What did you do to resolve the issue?
