Since when is Jebus Outcast back as a template in single hero queue?

Patch #8 had the following line in the notes
> Single Hero Mode
- Map rotation updated:
- Old set: Harmony, Sprint, Exodus, Jebus Outcast, Vendetta.
- New set: Harmony, Sprint, Exodus, Blitz, Vendetta.
- Exodus is always included in the selection pool.
Later patches had no further changes to it documented at least, since when has the map started appearing again?
