Current Run

Hello, I know everyone is different but I was reading the current Aquaman run but i just wasn't loving it so dropped it around issue 10.

What are people's thoughts?

If you didn't like it at first did it get better for you?

I dropped it as I liked the upgrade Aquaman got but the story line with THE BLUE/alternate ocean thing was not for me. I wanted to explore Atlantis a little more and see him exist in the main world.

Side note - I am no expert on Aquaman, I read Geoff Johns run, watch Brave and The Bold, Young justice when I was young and recently read Aquaman Andromeda. I like the character most in Johns run or when he is first a king of Atlantis, superhero second feel like it makes him stand out more compared to others heros.

EDIT - THANK YOU. People gave some really good insight and advice on a post I thought might get 2 or 3 replies with 2 sentences at best. Everyone seems genuinely passionate to talk about this character. Every fandom has its toxic parts but seems like a really healthy fandom to me so far.

How to know Scam or Legitimate?

Hi, looking at gyms near me. How do you tell if a gym is legitimate?

The place I am interested in states you need a annual membership of £45 on top of the money you pay per session Which is about £8 is this normal practice and pricing?

Edit: for more context - they do sparing, teaching what I believe is sanda and taolu forms. As an adult they teach 1 class a week and 3 advanced classes which are invitational only. Plus 2 weapons classes I believe again invitational only. They do also provide kids classes and Thai chi but I would not be attending them
