I hope I “said” that right. At church, I plug my 110 into a live wire passive direct box, and even with the guitars volume turned all the way up, and the sound board slider all the way up, they say they can barely hear me. Luckily I have a JHS Clover that I brought as a volume pedal and that helped a lot.

There are Ovation, Fender and Yamaha acoustics that are also used, and those come through fine. I’m thinking I might tinker with pickup pressure when I am up there next, but it sounds fine through my Fishman Loudbox.

I am also pretty sure my battery is still good.

I have a 110e and I have noticed that when I have it plugged into my TC Electronics pedal tuner, it takes a couple of seconds for the low e string to appear on the screen.

The screen gets some random green and red lines, and then picks up the note.

The guitar is also really quiet in the house speakers at church, even with the guitar and sound board slider all the way up, but I’ll make a separate post about that.

I was wondering what small companies are making good NVG and helmet accessories? I bought a MARM-U from Hero Tactical (hasn’t shipped yet, but I’m very excited). I also bought a diffuser for my IRIS from Villain Weapon Systems, and I was wondering who else out there maybe has good products but aren’t big names?

Is there anyone out there that makes what I would call a “modern” aiwb holster? I say modem in that it has a wing for concealment. I would also like a holster with two belt clips and not just a single, centrally mounted clip. I carry a Glock 48 in a T Rex Sidecar with just the extra belt clip instead of a magazine or any other attachment. I like the stability of the sidecar, and wanted to see if there was anything like that for a k frame revolver.

I’ll start out by saying I’m a filthy civilian and not LEO/MIL who just got his IRIS GR3 and I’m looking to upgrade my mount and J arm for my 14. I have the standard Rhino mount and want something nicer and I’ve been looking at the Cadex, Nocturne and Udapt mounts so if there are any of those that stand out anymore than the others let me know.

I don’t think I need break away, but I guess it could be nice if I cut a corner short doing a midnight chicken tendie run so the 14 can break away and not break my neck.

I don’t have a good feel for what j arm to get, I think I’ve seen Noisefighters has a good one, but not much after that.
