Blemicor sale is the best sale

Added a Velo Lux for my G19 to match the Velo Lux I have for my shield x and M&Pc. Best holster on the market imo! Also admire the pink sheets my wife bought us.

Qualified with my new S&W BG 2.0 to add to my CCW Permit

It definitely shoots to the left, but once I learned how to adjust for it was spot on. For something so small and light it shoots really well! While shooting it feels like I’m shooting a gun that’s bigger than it actually is.

Thought I would never get one

Say hello to noisy cricket. California finally got these BG2.0.
Pocket carry this with this Aholster. Dry fire and fashion show for the wife to find the right outfits lolllll. Like a wallet or my front pocket. I hope she runs right. Put a new stainless guide rod in. I do that on every gun.

Ccw in gym shorts

Hey guys. Looking to find a good way to carry in gym shorts. I’ve looked at the leisure carry belt, hunter Constantine belt, and the comfort concealment blackout 2.0. Anyone have experience with these? Or any other recommendations?

For context- I carry a g43x with a Streamlight tlr7x sub and vortex defender ccw enclosed in a tier 1 axis elite holster

Drawing from the 3:30-4:30 position as a beginner

I hope I used the right flair if not I’m sorry. Before I ask, I know a lot of people use appendix carry. I can’t do that right now as I’m fat but I’m trying to lose weight. Does anyone have experience carrying and drawing from the 3:30-4:30 position? If so what are some good drills, habits, advise and training I can practice? I am using a Glock 43x (iron sights) and a MFT minimalist holster.

Pillows, wedges, wings, mono block, sweat guard…. Mind blown (bodyguard 2.0 content only)

Long time permit holder carried for a while but could never find anything comfortable and got tired of the drawer of holsters.

The new micro carry firearms are amazing! Recently picked up a Bodyguard CC and made a vow to myself to start carrying all the time

I haven’t holster shopped for 10+ years and I am amazed at the options… way too many. Some are more innovative than others.

I notice a lot of mention about pillows and wedges, wings, and mono block clips

Can anyone explain like I am 5y/o what the benefits of these are? Please if you can keep it to exclusive to the bodyguard or at least micro framed firearms; hellcat, p365, g43….

Can these devices be added to any kydex or does it need to be designed for them? Leaning heavily toward JM Kydex because they seem to always get mentioned in best of threads. Also the price is great too. But I notice they don’t seem to offer any of these farckles.

Holster Recommendations?

Does anybody know where I could find a holster (can be IWB or OWB) for my Sig Pro 2340? I know it’s rather old, so I’m open to finding someone who can make a custom holster for it.

Will my MIP arrest slow down my CCW applicaiton?

I am 22 and would like to apply for a CCW in Virginia but when I was 19 I got arrested and taken to jail for underage drinking. If it was just a citation I would know the answer is likely no it won't slow it down but I was actually taken to jail and held overnight. I was not formally convicted because I did a diversion program.

So will it slow it down?

Holster for Canik Radian Prime? Tultser or Muddy River reliable?

My Canik Prime Radin should be in my hands on the next week and never cared for the base holsters they ship with them.

Tultster has a pre-order up for them but I've never used a holster from them, thoughts on them?

Or Muddy River?

Or wait for other companies to catch up?

Thank you

Kicked Out Of City Park

Went to a city park today with family. I was wearing a CCW bag, off-body carrying. It is over 100° and was too hot to layer or carry on me today. A security guard for the park (not a cop) came over and asked to check my bag. I asked why, and he said that the park security checks all bags.

I asked if there was anything I am not allowed to have in the park, knowing all my state's laws and that there was nothing he could say or do here, legally.

I told him I would prefer not to be searched, and he said that I need to leave then. I said I won't open my bag, but that I have my CPL and asked if he had an issue with that. He immediately got very defensive and told me I have to leave and that I am not allowed to be armed in the park.

I told him that my state allows carrying in parks, and recited all the laws. I had just looked at them. He didn't care and said I have to leave and am not allowed back as long as I have a weapon.

I didn't want to argue with this old, fat wannabe cop, so I just went to my car and put my bag away because it was a family outing and I wasn't about to just go home.

This is my first encounter like this since getting my CCW permit. I know this security guard was out of line, and I could have probably pushed this, got the police involved, etc.

Anyone else have an encounter like this that they can relate to, or have any input? Should I have let him get the cops? Should you just keep things simple and comply? I am kind of pissed, honestly.

Why is it so difficult to find holsters?

Here’s a cleaner, more organized version that keeps your conversational tone while making the progression easier to follow.

I’ll admit it: I’m pretty picky when it comes to holsters. After years of carrying, I’ve figured out what works for me, and I’m not interested in compromising on comfort.

Back in 2008, before pistol-mounted lights and red dot optics became my standard, I bought a CrossBreed SuperTuck Deluxe in horsehide. It was, without question, the most comfortable holster I’ve ever owned. I carried it daily for 13 years, and I still have it today. Honestly, I’d probably still be using it if my carry setup hadn’t evolved.

These days I carry a Glock 47 with a Streamlight TLR-1 HL and a Holosun SCS. Despite trying numerous holsters, I still haven’t found anything that matches the comfort of the SuperTuck while accommodating both the weapon light and the optic.

The biggest issue seems to be compatibility. Most manufacturers offer one of the following:

  • Glock 47 + light
  • Glock 47 + optic
  • Glock 19/45 + light + optic

…but almost nobody seems to support the Glock 47 with both a TLR-1 HL and an optic.

I’ve also tried standard all-Kydex IWB holsters, but I’ve found that designs with a single belt clip mounted directly over the gun tend to dig into my hip. Hybrid holsters, where the clips are positioned on either side of the firearm, have always distributed the pressure much more comfortably for me.

So, knowing the internet will prove me wrong if I’m mistaken…

Does anyone actually make a hybrid holster with:

  • Leather or other flexible backing (CrossBreed SuperTuck, T.REX Ironside Hybrid, Alien Gear Cloak Tuck, etc.)
  • Glock full-size frame (17/22/31/47)
  • Streamlight TLR-1 HL
  • Holosun SCS (or at least optic-compatible)

Because as far as I can tell, nobody is making exactly what I’m looking for.

Added a S&W BG 2.0 to my carry rotation. Crazy how small & light this is!

Excited for this new addition to my carry roster. Can’t wait to actually put some rounds through it. Never fired a 380 before, how is it?

New Hampshire, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah are the true tier 1 elite carry/CCW states. Texas is not . Texas is tier 2.

New Hampshire, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah have incredibly minimal restrictions on public carrying.

Most Texans live in suburban Texas. 14,730,100 live just in the Houston suburbs, DFW suburbs, San Antonio suburbs, and Austin suburbs combined. That is more than the entire population of Pennsylvania. Almost every commercial business in suburban Texas has 30.05, 30.06, 30.07 signs. Constitutional carry is legal for those 21+, but the state features rigid laws regarding private business signage (30.05, 30.06, 30.07 signs) which limit where you carry.

This basically makes it impossible to carry when you are going out grocery shopping or running simple errands around town.

New Hampshire, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah are the superior true Tier 1 carry/CCW states.

In the spirit of SirSamkin, I shall also advocate for hammer fired and leather on this 4th of July

In the spirit of u/SirSamkin , even if my photo skills are crap, it gives me an excuse to park my EDC’s next to a web belt I just finished today, right before settling in for some light reading and getting to the barbecue and fireworks.

Is tier 1 worth the price?

I recently purchased an M&P Carry Comp (stream light tlr7-hlx, and a holosun 507c added)
and currently use a Crucial Concealment holster that indexes off my TLR-7 HL-X. It works fine, but it’s a little bulky and doesn’t support a sidecar
I’ve heard a lot of great things about Tier 1 Concealed, but it’s also noticeably more expensive than competitors like Tenicor, Henry Holsters, and Vedder. Most of the time, I wear jeans with a belt when I’m out, so DCC clips would work well. However, I live in Texas and also wear gym shorts or other clothing without belt loops fairly often, so the option to use UltiClips with a Tier 1 holster is appealing.
For someone in my situation, is Tier 1 actually worth the extra cost over those other brands?

4th of July Carry

I know a lot of people like carrying Chinese stuff with American flag print on it to honor the US, but I figured I’d just carry a gun that I usually don’t because my daily carry is from Austria.

Mean Gene Leather wallet, Tactile Turn titanium bolt action pen, Surefire Stiletto Pro light, Leatherman Arc, Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar, Springfield TRP Operator full rail with a Surefire X300 Turbo, Tenicor Velo Lux holster, Wilson Combat 10rd mag with Federal HSTs
