Not allowed to mark packages as missing?
I just made a case with the ethics hotline, but I'm curious if any others have been told this. A few months ago our dispatchers started telling us we can't mark anything as missing, just to skip it and then at the end of the day go in the app and "change connected vehicle" to trigger the dvic and then log out of the app after.
This all seemed hella sketchy to me and I've still been marking them as missing, but we got a new dispatcher who has a stick up his ass and decided to actually enforce this rule. I'm really wondering if this is even allowed. Dispatch told us the rule is coming from station. But if we can't mark shit as missing then why tf is the button on the app?
