Bubble at 8 Months; Should I replace two tires or just one?

I just noticed a bubble on the sidewall of one of my tires. I'm going to get it replaced, but was wondering if it'd be worth it to replace both tires on the same axle. My car is front-wheel drive.

When new, I measured the tread depth as about 8 mm. After 8 months, it's down to just under 7 mm. I know that, in concept, it's best to have equally sized tires on the same axle, but with only 8 months and just over a millimeter of wear, would you think it would be worth it to bother replacing two?

If it were your car, would you get both replaced?

The tires are about ~$190 per tire; the bubbled tire should be covered by a road-hazard warranty.
