Installing car charger in driveway in historic district

Electrician recommendations for special project: I have a house in Maywood and the driveway is about 50 feet from the house. Maywood is a historic district. There is an old light post there (so originally a line was run to the spot). Does anyone know an electrician that can guide me through the HALRB, permits and run an underground cable. There is a bush there, and I just need a post with a charger, and I would like to run a light for safety.

Nearby village vibe town?

My boss is retiring and really wants to move to LA. She just got back from visiting and declared it was “too big, impossible to really know it all there are too many LAs.” Well here in NYC it’s kind of the same thing. You can live in NYC your whole life and never go on a certain street block. She wants to be on the west side near her son, and she is about to be a grandma! so not too terrible of a drive, time of day depending. So I suggested smaller towns nearby or neighborhoods with a smaller community feel. She is kind of a laid back natural foods lady, and wants to find community. Money isn’t a huge issue (she’s not super rich but very comfortable). Where should she look?
