Anyone using Claude (AI) to automate tasks or report generation in ConnectWise / other legacy tools?
Curious if anyone here has had success using Claude (or similar AI tools) to automate repetitive work in ConnectWise or other legacy platforms — especially report generation.
A few things I'm wondering about:
- Are you using it to pull data and generate client-facing or internal reports automatically?
- Any integration approach that worked well (API, browser automation, scripting, etc.)?
- How much manual cleanup is still needed vs. fully automated?
- Any gotchas with legacy software that doesn't have modern APIs?
Would love to hear real-world experiences, good or bad, before I go down this path myself. Thanks!
