I feel like doing another playthrough, but maybe with mods to make the experience fresh. Does anyone here have any favorite mods? Are they easy to install?

I saw a mod that increased fuel drain, which was something I love the idea of. However, that vibe-coded mod apparently requires cheat engine to be installed, and that sounds like a pain. Plus, with me not being the best at technology and so many modern multiplayer games using kernel level anticheat, I worry about locking myself out of other games.

I'm visiting Germany this weekend, and want to try driving the ring. I know a lot of normal rental car companies have strict age limits, so does anyone know if any of the major Ring rental companies will allow a 23 year old on a USA driving license to book a car an instructor and some laps?
