The radon was at 2.3ish the last 3 days, woke up to this things alarm going off. Thoughts?

Am I missing something here? Shouldn’t these holes line up? I swear when I initially removed the sunroof, I removed the bolts from right here… I can’t for the life of me get them to line up now.

Threaded inserts on both sides

Previous owner put bondo on the hood to paint it, but never got around to it. There’s also a lot of cracking (hoping it’s just the clear coat). This is a $1500 carbon fiber hood that I’d love to still use on the car, but boy does it look rough. I have a little bit of experience with fiberglass and fiberglass repair, but no experience with carbon fiber… y’all think this is salvageable?

I’m trying to figure out how to fasten my fender to the bumper… would these threaded rivnuts crack the fiberglass?
