Please Advise: High Protein Low cholesterol Diet, need help

Here’s my story: I’m currently new to Zepbound. Using the Quickpen 2.5mg (10mg/2.4)dose for 2 months so far. Switched over from glp1.
I have an appointment in a few weeks to Increase my dosage.
Not to get ahead of myself, but It’s hard to cook for single servings (One person) I grew up in a very large family.
I also I don’t like leftovers.

I’ve tried the eating well website, some are too complicated and too many ingredients. I have a limited food budget which is also a problem.
So I’ve been struggling with meals. Dinner is a protein, carb and veggies. I need a simple meal plan due to stomach issues can’t find anything reasonable.
Breakfast: example: two scrambled eggs, or an omelette w/veg, Dave’s whole wheat seeded bread w/fruit jam, coffee

If I need a snack or craving sweets I go to Greek yogurt with fresh, frozen or canned no sugar added fruit with a splash of bobs red mill granola.

I doubt that’s enough protein but I don’t know how much is enough to eat other than the size of your palm (4 to 6 ounces)
Please advise if you have any suggestions or can share what you eat?

(Thank you for all the suggestions! I have the information I need now to help with meal planning. Post is closed)
