Tee time bookings vs Roll-ups
Looking at joining a golf club that only allows morning tee times as roll-ups rather than pre-booking.
A group of us are considering joining, but our previous club had a 100% bookable system, so some are worried about regularly turning up on a weekend morning which is when we play the majority of our golf and have to wait 40–50 minutes to get out. I can see the benefit of stopping people reserving early slots weeks in advance and not using them though.
Has anyone else got any experience of this type of system and would they prefer it to tee booking?
