Feeling Human-Like As A Wolf

Hi! Adult wolf here.

Does anyone here feel like a human when they're having everyday conversations with various humans? Or while doing everyday tasks? I'm freaking out because I feel human-like and having anxiety around my identity. My mind constantly nags at me when I tell myself I'm a werewolf/wolf and says, "but you're only human." I feel like I am playing pretend within myself. I struggle with generalized anxiety disorder and so I have an everyday identity crisis over my animal side for the last decade since my 2015 awakening.

I do live out in the countryside with my very human family. I've only lived here for two weeks. Within the first week of me living here, I felt shifty... now it's changed and I'm worried I'm faking everything.

I often go out to the woods about everyday or every other day and will stay out there for a few minutes to an hour at most. I feel like staying inside, letting my mind consume fear within my thoughts, spending less time in nature and more time with humans, and all is making me feel less in tune with my animal. I feel like I'm back in the city again where I lived at for 10 years of my life and it was the worst.

I don't want to lie to myself or play pretend. I don't want my identity to up and leave me. I'm in therapy for my mental illness, but I cannot openly discuss this part of my life with my therapist.
