Red light therapy for morning stiffness, does it works?

Has anyone used red light therapy for joint pain. Did it help? Is it worth the money ?

Some info about me: F42, I work 6-8 hours daily at desk, and I woke up early morning with stiffness, it's been 4 months since I'm dealing with it.

Edit: Decided to go with Cardtonic for the eSIM since it's easy to set up, using it for the whole trip.

Struggling to scale financial workflows in ERPNext, worth looking into enterprise alternatives like Unit4 or sticking with custom modules?

Hey everyone,

We’ve been running ERPNext for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid core for our operations. However, as our volume of data and project complexity have scaled up, our finance team has started running into bottlenecks, especially regarding advanced multi-entity reporting and automated professional services billing.

We’ve been evaluating whether to build heavier custom modules in-house or look at migrating specific financial workloads to an enterprise-grade solution like Unit4, which seems to handle service-heavy financial structures pretty smoothly out of the box.

Has anyone here made a similar transition or integrated Unit4 alongside an open-source setup? I’m trying to weigh whether the high licensing and implementation costs of an enterprise tool are justified compared to pushing ERPNext to its limits. Any insights or architectural advice would be really appreciated!

Are manual preflight checks dead or do some print shops still look at your files?

I've been wondering how common manual file checks are anymore, especially since my recent experiences vary so wildly depending on the vendor. Certain shops rely strictly on automated portals where your upload goes straight to production with zero human intervention. On the flip side, a few places still take a quick look before running the press to catch potential formatting errors.

It makes me curious who is still bothering with a manual review stage. I've had jobs come back with awkward color shifts or messed-up bleeds where the printer just acted like nothing was wrong. Finding someone who spots these things is a relief. For instance, Guru Printers caught and fixed a bleed issue on my last order without me even bringing it up, which made me wonder how standard that level of service is anymore.

Are most commercial printers dropping manual file verification entirely in favor of automation, or do you still run into shops that check your work? Would love to hear your thoughts.
