Lease July 25, 2026 thru July 25, 2027

My son’s private bedroom with attached full bathroom at the Yugo Cincinnati Deacon is available for lease for the 2026-2027 school year. It is part of the 4 Bed, 4 bath Courtyard layout with common kitchen, dining, living room, AND a balcony overlooking the pool. Our contract is currently $60 lower than what is listed on the website for the same model. Only three of the rooms were occupied for the 2025-2026 school year, with the fourth left empty, by quiet and courteous male students.

Costs:

Rent -- $999/month

Parking -- $100/month

Electricity – approx. $30/month (was split 3 ways)

*All other utilities are included in the rent.
