Hi everyone - hoping for some community help. We are flying back from vacation today and got a notice for an emergency notice from our apartment but no idea what it’s for and can’t get ahold of anyone because of the holiday weekend.

Our pets are at home and we just would like reassurance the building isn’t burning down. It’s Edgemont (connected to The Edge) on Edgemoor Ln.

Can anyone who lives nearby stick their head out the window and let us know if they see any emergency vehicles? Pretty much anything else we can deal with. Just stressing about our pets. The pet sitter left just a bit ago and we will be home this evening but are in Toronto now.

Hi all! My partner and I are moving next month and are looking for someone to donate extra cans of cat food and some gently used pet toys (that we will clean, of course!) I found the SPCA’s website a little confusing if they take physical donations or only $$ for them to purchase their own food for the animals there. Does anyone know of any places in a relatively close driving perimeter (15 minutes ish?) we could drop off some pet things? 🐶 thank you!
