first attempt of drawing people features, any thoughts?

the first one is graphite and the second is charcoal.

i have been trying to learn how to draw in general for some weeks, and i want to start with drawing faces. i want some feedback/suggestions and i don’t have anyone else to ask.

pd: english is not my first language, sorry if something is mistaken.

What is this in my hair? breakage, frizz, split ends?

hi, i just want to know why my hair looks like this, and what can i do about it.

my hair is naturally curly but is processed chemically, i have one bleach and i dye my hair red once per month (or two months in this case) since two years ago. in the first three photos i brushed it dry, but even with the curls it’s obvious the weird ends.

should i cut or can i repair this?
