Four years post-opp today.
Today May 20, 2026 marks four years since my implant surgery. I have the Boston Scientific AMS 700 CX with MS series pump. 18cm with 1cm RTE. My length is the same as directly before surgery and my girth increased a little. I'm happy to say that it has not failed me once. I'm sure that not everyone is the same and that learning your new penis takes a little time and discovery. I like having a hard reliable erection, but I especially like the fact that my depression over ED is gone. My feelings of worthlessness are gone. I no longer have performance anxiety. The mental health aspects are something that doesn't get discussed often enough and openly with men. In fact I only discuss it here because of the fact that nobody knows who I am. It was hard for me to talk to my doctor about when I first started having ED issues. Mine started in my mid 30s and Viagra wasn't even on the market yet. Now you have commercials on network television in prime time. It's still an embarrassing thing
I hope someone considering surgery reads this and I've encouraged them to move forward. When all else fails and you've tried it all talk to a specialist and get on with your life.
