Randomly woke up with this rlly dry patch, started peeling it (whoops) now it’s turned like this. On day 2 I had yellow pus(?) oozing out… I’ve been taking pics of it everyday. There’s still yellow oozing out, but I’ve been cleaning and applying Vaseline. Honestly, don’t know how I could’ve gotten cold sores but pls let me know if it is one
