I would be impressed if I wasn't so annoyed
I am genuinely impressed and equally annoyed that a "nighttime" service upgrade scheduled for 8-10 hours at some random time over the span of 3 days (17th-20th) started at 11PM the 17th is still ongoing at 7PM the 18th even better when the app had a estimated time of 10AM for completion which after 11AM give or take changed to a generic outage message. Ya'll are terrible and you should feel bad.
