Implantologists / Lab Techs: Is this degree of posterior divergence treatable with a standard rigid prosthesis?
That’s it really. I am the patient, and I think the angle is off, but no one will acknowledge it. I asked AI to ask the question to ! Looking at the posterior fixture on the upper left (far right of the image), it has a severe horizontal tilt outward compared to the parallel axis of the other implants.
Given this entry path mismatch, is it physically possible to draw a rigid single-piece prosthesis over this foundation without facing permanent path-of-insertion jams, structural gaps, or constant loose screws? Can custom/angled abutments reliably correct a tilt this pronounced, or is a complete surgical remake usually required?
