Muscle twitches or heart palpitations - overmedicated?

I’m about 16 months into medication adjustments, 6 weeks ago I got upped from 112mcg to 125mcg Synthroid as my TSH was still around 4. I’m feeling so good and have chalked up a few things to “adjustment period” symptoms since I’m very sensitive but all day today (still in the adjustment period) I’ve been sitting at my desk working and my left breast has been twitching. I genuinely can’t tell if it’s my heart or something else. When it first started I felt like I was going to pass out, I think that was more from an immediate rush of anxiety about it. It feels different than occasional weird heart things I’ve previously had, more like an on and off vibration that I can see through my clothing my breast twitching. I don’t feel pounding in my chest or fluttering, just a twitchy vibration.

I have no idea if I’ve swung hyper and this is my heart being VERY upset or just a weird twitch. I’ll be getting my TSH tested in two weeks. Is this worth checking out before then or just an unrelated twitch? If I am overmedicated is it okay to survive in a hyper state for just two weeks?

Per my Apple Watch nothing looks much different today or the past 6 weeks of my heart rate.

The only other hyper symptom I could have is lack of appetite but I’ve been on a weight loss thing for 16 months and it comes and goes anyways. I’ve got a lot more energy but still sleep and get tired as normal. Master of hypo, clueless of hyper.

Has anyone experienced more so twitchy chest than very obviously racing heart symptoms?
