Water ingress after spray foam/drywall

Hey all building a red iron barndominium here in Georgia and we looking at water at the bottom of the window on the left side. We have 2" of closed cell and 4" of open cell on top of it, so if the foam was sprayed correctly I would think it would be almost impossible to get water inside but here we are.

It’s only happened on the most torrential rain storms. Thinking the window or j trim is the most likely culprit but what’s the best way to find and fix the leak? I have a smoke pen and thermal camera as diagnostic tools. How likely is it that water can get in from where the rat guard meets the siding?

Foam and drywall is in on the inside and I would hate to have to cut it out to find it but if that’s what it takes then we’ll do it. I guess with the foam it could be leaking from somewhere else. Yes, we know we need to French drain the gutters down and out and that’s on the list as well.

Looking for a fat tire bike.

Hey all,

Looking for a fat tire bike at or below $2000. I was looking at a Canyon Dude, Ari Kings Peak. Any other recommendations? Looking for the best bang for the buck. I live in a flat area and will mostly just piddle around no real hard use on this bike. I really just want one to go along with my road bike and to bike around with my kids. Also looking for a gravel bike.

I’m capable of most general bike maintenance so bike store or direct to consumer; doesn’t matter to me
