I currently get my microdose from Ellie MD. I’m on month 2. Not really seeing results. I’m wondering if it’s the formula…. Any other online trustworthy places?

I use the loop quiet ear plugs and I can still hear my partner snoring, also if I wear them every night they really irritate my ears. I need help! He won’t get a sleep study either
