How do I go about understanding my dreams I feel like if someone could explain it would be better I was once reading some book about understanding dream psychology didn't finish it but the first chapter talked about how everyday things in life can manifest in dreams in different forms, and as I read more I started getting frightened of the book and the implications as I often have super vivid dreams and most of the times I remember them after waking up ,
