Vasculitis

My question is does anyone’s vasculitis present the way mine do and what treatment do you take?

Blood counts

What could these results indicate? I have symptoms such as erythromelalgia, headaches, leg & bone pain, livedo reticularis, nose bleeds, fatigue, and sometimes stomach aches, and petechiae I also have a neutrophil count of 7.5-7.0*

Medical neglect

I’m a 19 year old female with abnormal blood results and was suspected for essential thrombocythemia and now both my hematologist and gp have dismissed me without any tests and are saying that having abnormal test results is “normal”. They have ruled out iron deficiency & inflammation. What can I do? I feel totally helpless.

Platelets are dropping but so is my hemoglobin?

I’m a soon to be 19 year old woman with suspected essential thrombocythemia & my platelets have recently been dropping down from 528 to 425 (over multiple months) but I’ve noticed that my hemoglobin has started dropping at the same time going from 13.2 to 12.2 g/dl. I don’t know what’s going on, I’m not iron deficient. What could cause this? Grateful for any advice.

Edit: worth mentioning that my albumin has gone down.

High platelets & wbc?

What could this mean? (They say unverified and pending physician review but my gp has seen them)

What could this indicate?

I’m a female turning 19 this year, and I’ve had slightly high platelets for the past 6 years, as well as borderline high wbc. My doctor suspects essential thrombocythemia and we’ve ruled out everything else, my iron levels are normal, Ana, CCP, & RF are normal. Crp & esr were normal. No infections.

Platelets: reference count was 165-387
2019: 460
2020: 424
2023: 399
2026 March: 501
2026 april: 528
2026: June: 495

Leukocytes: reference count was 3,5-8,8
2026 March: 9,4
2026 April: 10,2
2026 June: 10,1

Neutrophils: reference count was 1,6-5,9
2026 April: 7,5
2026 June: 7,0

Monocytes: reference count was 0,2-0,8
2026 June: 0,8

What could this be?

High platelets?

Hello, I’m an 18 y/o and I’ve had high platelets & this blue pattern on my legs (triggered by warmth) for years & my doctor can’t figure out why. My Ana is negative, EPO is normal(7,7), slightly high wbc & neutrophils. What could this be? And what should I do next?

hey everyone, so my doctor just told me I have et (she talked to the hematologist) but the hematologist said that they won’t see me until my platelets have gone up & that it’s not an emergency (my platelets were 528 about a month ago) is this normal?

Does anyone know what a high count of platelets, neutrophils and white blood cell count could mean? I haven’t had any infections and my iron levels are all good? My platelets are 528 and has been showing a trend for years of going up?
