Kinda regretting highlights

Hi guys, so I just got my hair done yesterday and was going for beige-blonde highlights with money pieces. I don’t know why, but I’m starting to regret my decision and wish it was more natural looking. I just feel like the blonde is too intense for me? But I’m not sure since I haven’t had highlights/money pieces in YEARS. My natural hair color is bronde (last pic for reference) and I miss the way it was now 🥲 I guess my questions are 1. Does it look bad? And 2. What could my hairstylist do to make this look more natural/could I tone it down myself? Thanks!
