Already tired of the pink

It’s only October 8th but I’m so done with the ra ra go pink in your face assault. Surely there are ways to raise awareness and support without this pink washing. I work in a hospital, and it’s all over our emails and internal website. I’m so over the pictures - it’s like everyone went to a Boobstock festival and are showing off their swag.

The musical episodes

I’m on my second rewatch of the show and this is my first time watching these episodes. I swear they weren’t available on prime video during my prior watches. I’m shocked and delighted that I discovered 2 new episodes I never knew existed!

Anyone had stellate ganglion block for hot flashes?

As the title says, wondering if anyone has had this procedure done for hot flashes. I'm at my wit's end with the hot flashes. I get them like 20 times a day and they are severe. Everything available is either contraindicated due to bad drug interactions or I've had horrible side effects from them. I came across this treatment in my research today and at this point I'm just desperate to have a decent QOL. For reference, I've been on Lupron since September 2024 and, as I learned today, the hot flashes usually never get better as long as you continue on Lupron or other estrogen blockers.
