So last night I made the infamous dish, The Shawn Spencer. Sorry for not taking photos, they didn’t really last long enough to get a proper photo.

The technique I used so you can make them yourself and enjoy them to the degree we did:

-I used frozen “restaurant style” French fries. Cooked those in the oven until they were nice and crispy.

-While they were cooking I took a can of Wolf brand chili, added some more chili powder and cayenne pepper to it and warmed that slowly on the stove.

-Then I cut up some pepperoni into small pieces and fried them in a frying pan until crispy. In that same pan (with the little grease left from the pepperoni) I added some pizza sauce that dressed up with Italian seasoning and garlic. I warmed this slowly as well.

-When the fries were done I put them on some parchment paper and added a layer of the chili, topped with shredded cheddar and jalapeños. Then I layered the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and the pepperoni.

-I put it back in the over at 425 degrees and let the cheese melt for 6-7 minutes.

Then, I experienced heaven on earth. Do yourself a favor and make this for yourself and those you love dearest. Next time I’ll use homemade chili, but it was late and I was lazy.

Don’t be exactly one half of a honey baked ham and ignore this.

as you can tell by the title it’ll be my boyfriend’s first time watching psych! it’s my favorite show and will be about my “billionth” rewatch!!

we have a big age gap so he’ll appreciate all of the 80s references and I know he’ll end up loving the show! we’re starting on episode 3 since he had previously watching 1 & 2 a couple months ago! stay tuned because I will be sharing his favorite episodes per season because it’s important 🙂‍↕️

...Or, oh my god that's XYZ!! I didn't really know anything about the show going in so I didn't realize it had so many super recognizable people on it as single episode stars. Melanie Lynskey surprised me (she's so young and looks way more herself then she did in But I'm a Cheerleader) but also I started season 3 and Gus's boss was bugging me because every site was listing his credits for older shows I didn't recognize. I just saw the credit that he was Marty in Hacks! THAT'S how I know him! This is crazy man I love playing the who is that actor game.

Tell me, How could u not fall in love with Gus after S7 EP12 : Dead Air?

Its been a while since ive rewatched and the zooms never bothered me, but I can tell the particularly unnecessary zoom ins on REALLY obvious clues are starting to lose their comedy/charm for my friend.

She's gone from laughing and saying "oh my god" to an eye roll and a "come on". She LOVES the characters and the shows vibe but I just think the amount of "LOOK, ITS A CLUE" psych is doing right now isnt hitting for her.

I remember the show having a better balance eventually (or im just delusional and hoping for that by season 3 so we can reach Yang) but regardless Im realizing theres A LOT more of of this gimmick than I remember.

Do they ease up on the Shawn zooms?

Season 1-8 and Movies

Im craving a Rewatch, but i dont have the time for the 5th or 6th full one, so i have to select a few

After rewatching for like the millionth time I just noticed that Shawn makes a comment in the bounty hunter episode (Bounty Hunters!) when Byrd the bounty hunter says that he’s retiring, Shawn ducks down and pauses and says something like “My Bad. Usually when someone’s about to retire they get shot at”. And that literally happens to Henry in the season 6 finale.

Gus wonder why Dr. Reidman refers to the virus as “her.” The doctor explains why the virus is a she. Gus thinks it doesn’t make any sense. And the doctor answers, “neither do women.” Gus as he agrees, “I hear that.”

And we see even Juliet agreeing as she nods her head.

I’ve been watching the show with my husband and I’m dying to know, do Shawn and Juliet eventually get together? We just got to Season 4 and the sexual tension between them is huge, I just want them to kiss
