Another reason to take the U.S. News high school rankings with a grain of salt

U.S. News states that New York, and other states , did not authorize the College Board to share AP data with them. As a result, the College Readiness and College Curriculum Breadth scores for NY schools were calculated solely using IB participation and performance. One more reason that these rankings cannot reflect the thru value of high schools

Might be the right call. Districts are starting to push back against third party rankings.

Regents requirements are changing

Guys, read the link. Still trying to digest all the into.

Looks like “advance with honors” is phased out for those that were freshman between 2024-206 and advance regents will be “seal with distinction”.

It does not say what the requirements are the seal. Trying to find more ℹ️

We need a new Flair for QHSS!!!

Greg!! since QHSS is moving , we need a new flair. Officially, QHSS is dropping " at York College" from its name. Will only be Queens High School for the Sciences.
