Got my baby 2 years ago as a 6 month old. She was the only baby adoptable that day and she is the biggest sweetheart I’ve known. She is my bestfriend, who followed me everywhere in the house. She slept with me, never left my lap, and cried for me the moment I shut the door. When I would say “I love you ember” as I left for the day, she would always meow back. She is my soul tie. I’ve been up all night because I know today is her last day on earth, and it shouldn’t be this way. I wanted more people to know she is the most amazing, kind, and loving cat. Ruby is just over 10 weeks old and is the most shy of the kittens. Today she was in a goofy mood and was busy playing with her siblings.

I was super worried about her first experience with fireworks because she gets startled easily with loud sounds but she did great! We had a bunch of fans going and a white noise machine and tried to make it as calm as possible. She's back to insane playing today.
