I was inspired by u/sackie_b post a few weeks back and made some upgrades last night.

Croissant Bread

Mashed potatoes mixed with shredded 4 cheddar cheeses and some goat cheese crumbles

Prosciutto, heated up in the pan before assembly

One slice of American cheese for some extra gooey-ness

I threw some carmelized onions I had in the fridge on mine.

Magnifique, y'all. 🤌

Also pictured, sliders, watermelon, and berries.

Had a scrounge for dinner night Sunday and had a little bit of infused brownie to send off the weekend. Threw together a grilled cheese with mayo, leftover carnitas, and the last bit of onion raisin chutney I brought back from my trip to Paris last summer. Was absolute perfection.
