Bank sold our property undervalued and asking us to pay remaining amount. Property was worth 15 crores but sold it for 5 crores. Linked another property document( that loan was closed but noc not given) with that loan account. They say only after payment done of 40 lakhs they will close the account and give the document. Please help me how to recover the document and close the account? we are financially struggling tried to talk with them many times to bring down the amount. Anyone experienced in this field share your opinion.

I am 28F, have 5 years of experience in iOS app development and looking for a remote job for past few months. Currently i am freelancing and looking for full time opportunities. Any leads comment below.
