Got rejected for a role, can I still apply again to the same job posting after 1.5 months?

I applied for a job and cleared 4 rounds but still got rejected, its been 1.5 months since, but the same company is hiring for the same role, can still apply for the job? Or do companies have a policy of 3 months period since last interview ?

Note: Its an IT firm, around 50 employees, mid level. Decent company, not like pure corporate or WITCH.

Freshers are nothing for mass hiring service based companies

Im a 2026 graduate, I was unfortunately selected in the first company in campus placement and was not allowed to attend anymore. The company have training in python, communication for 6 months.

Im in the batch that completed it all soon but I'm not onboarded yet. Looks like I will be waiting for the call for ever.

I feel like I spend so much effort and mental peace stressing on meaningless tests.

I shouldnt have wasted my time on this ...

It's this sunk cost fallacy that keep me from trying other companies.

I'm trained in python, sql, pyspark ,mongodb, apache databricks. please let me know if there are any opportunities.

Mentally draining being a law graduate.

Being a law graduate in India feels like being stuck in a loop sometimes.

I have 3 years of litigation experience. I worked hard, survived the pressure, long hours, court runs, drafting, client handling — all while barely making enough to survive. Due to my financial situation and my family’s condition, I had to quit litigation and look for a corporate legal role because honestly, I need stability now.

But here’s what I don’t understand — every company wants “experienced candidates” for corporate roles, but nobody wants to hire someone trying to enter the field. How exactly are people supposed to gain experience if nobody gives them a chance?

Litigation experience somehow gets treated like it means nothing outside courts, even though the skills are transferable. Legal research, drafting, compliance understanding, handling pressure, communication — do these suddenly become useless because it wasn’t done inside a corporate office?

It’s exhausting applying everywhere, getting ghosted, or hearing “we need corporate experience.” Freshers can’t get jobs because they lack experience, and they lack experience because nobody hires freshers.

The legal profession is glorified a lot from the outside, but the reality for many young lawyers is financial stress, uncertainty, and constantly feeling undervalued.

Just needed to vent because this process is mentally draining.

Fresh Graduate Looking for Founder’s Office / Generalist Roles

Hey everyone,

I’m a fresh graduate from Aryabhatta College, Delhi University currently looking for Founder’s Office / Generalist roles at startups.

What I genuinely enjoy is being thrown into messy, ambiguous problems and figuring things out independently - whether that’s fundraising, GTM, operations, market research, hiring, strategy, or simply filling whatever gap exists in the company at that moment.

Over the last 1.5 years, I’ve mostly worked directly with founders and small teams, which gave me exposure across multiple business functions instead of one fixed role.

Some things I’ve worked on across startups and consulting projects:

- Built integrated financial models covering revenue forecasting, unit economics, CAC/LTV, runway planning, and growth scenarios for fundraising and strategic decision-making

- Managed investor outreach end-to-end across 100+ VCs and angels — from sourcing and research to pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and diligence coordination

- Worked closely with founders on GTM strategy, pricing, customer acquisition funnels, retention levers, and early growth experimentation

- Helped build a D2C/FMCG brand from 0→1, working across product positioning, supplier sourcing, manufacturing readiness, and launch planning

- Conducted deep market, competitor, and industry analysis across wellness, consumer, gaming, and mobility sectors using tools like Pitchbook, CB Insights, Helium10, and Volza

- Created client/investor-facing strategy decks, market maps, and research reports for senior stakeholders during consulting and strategy projects

- Regularly handled unstructured founder-office style work like figuring out processes, solving operational gaps, coordinating across teams, and executing independently in fast-moving environments

I’ve also won multiple national case competitions across finance, strategy, and M&A (SRCC, IIM Shillong, IIM Indore, KMC x BOD, etc.), which helped me build strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

Why should you hire me?

Because I can operate without constant direction. I learn fast, adapt quickly, and can move across functions depending on what the startup needs. I’m comfortable handling ambiguity, speaking with stakeholders, doing deep research, building strategy, and then switching to execution mode when required.

I care a lot about ownership and being genuinely useful to the team instead of just completing assigned tasks.

Currently based in Delhi, but fully open to relocating for the right opportunity.

If any founders here are hiring or know startups looking for someone who can work closely with the founding team and handle multiple business-side functions, I’d genuinely love to connect.

Hey folks,
I’m a backend engineer with ~8 years of experience, currently looking to join an early-stage startup as a founding engineer.
Most of my work has been building and scaling systems from scratch — I enjoy owning problems end-to-end rather than working on isolated pieces.
Recently, I was a founding backend engineer at a crypto analytics platform where I:
* Built the backend and data systems from 0 → production
* Scaled infrastructure handling multiple terabytes datasets
* Designed event-driven systems and high-throughput APIs
* Brought API latency down significantly (sub-100ms p90) while reducing infra costs
* Owned AWS architecture, reliability, and backend direction during early growth
* Tech stack I’m strongest in:
— Python (Django, FastAPI), SQL
— PostgreSQL (partitioning, performance), Redis
— AWS (ECS, SQS/SNS, S3, RDS, Kinesis, etc.)
— Distributed systems, async workflows, data pipelines
Lately, I’ve been exploring AI infrastructure / GenAI systems, especially how they integrate with real-world data platforms.

What I’m looking for:
Early-stage startups (0→1 or early scale)
High ownership across backend, infra, and architecture
Problems involving data systems, infra, or AI
Small, strong teams that move fast
Location: Open to remote or India-based roles

If you’re building something interesting — or know someone who is — I’d love to connect.

8 months. 200+ applications. I don't know what I'm doing wrong anymore.

I have the skills. Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, SQL, stakeholder management, I've done it all. I've rewritten my resume, tailored every application, done everything right on paper.

Still nothing.

Savings are running low. Confidence is lower. I'm not proud anymore, I'm just tired.

If you're hiring, know someone who is, or can just tell me what I'm missing, please reach out. Entry level, contract, hybrid, onsite, I don't care. I just need one real conversation.

[Chennai / WFO. Fresher with 6 months of exp. IT, Fintech, Investments.]

Happy to share my resume with anyone willing to look.

2025 Was Supposed to Be My Year. Instead, It Changed My Entire Life

I don’t even know where to begin, but I just want to write this somewhere.

I graduated with my Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering in May 2025 in the US. Like everyone else, I had dreams. I thought graduation would finally be the beginning of everything I worked for.

I stayed back and kept applying for opportunities till December 2025. Every single day was applications, resume edits, recruiter calls, LinkedIn messages, hope, rejection, silence, repeat.

Watching friends slowly get jobs while you stay stuck does something to you mentally.

But I still didn’t give up.

Then my health collapsed.

I got diagnosed with MCTD. Suddenly life became hospital visits, medications, weakness, pain, swelling, steroids, fear, and uncertainty. Everything I had planned for years started falling apart in months.

My family wanted me back home because things were getting serious.

So I traveled back alone.

That journey is something I don’t think people around me fully understand.

I was already physically weak. Mentally exhausted. Carrying the feeling that maybe I failed after all the sacrifices my parents made.

And then the world around me was in chaos.

War tensions.

Flight cancellations.

Uncertainty everywhere.

Waiting in airports not knowing if I would even make it home smoothly.

Trying to stay calm while feeling completely broken inside.

I somehow reached home in April 2026.

Now I’m back in chennai India, recovering slowly, trying to rebuild life from zero while watching the life I imagined disappear in front of me.

No job yet.

Health still unstable.

Confidence shaken.

Dreams delayed.

But one thing is still alive inside me:

I will not stop.

I did not survive all this just to quit now.

Maybe my path looks different from everyone else’s.

Maybe I’m slower right now.

Maybe life hit me harder than I expected.

But I’m still here.

Still applying.

Still trying.

Still fighting.

And honestly, sometimes surviving itself is an achievement.

If anyone else feels left behind in life right now — you’re not alone.
