Tamiya Stug iii Ausf . B

A lot of fun with this one. Nice early way armor with a lot of decals and some nice weathering. Still need to paint and add the figure in the top hatch but it’s the only way to see the interior so not sure what I’m going to do yet but either way I love how this one came out. Hope you enjoy!

Posted this on here before still can’t figure it out.

This thing takes forever to get pressure, like 5-10 mins of running before the gauge moves then once it does it continuously cycles on and off. It work fine once it gets going but it’s very annoying cycling on and off while changing colors/ cleaning. And if I turn it off to switch I have to wait the whole start up time again for it to get pressure again. I have soaped up the whole thing checking for leaks and found nothing. Tried it with hose on and off and brush connected and not connected. No
Leaks anywhere. Also I called harbor freight and I’m past the 90 days and didn’t get the extended warranty so screwed there. Can anyone help me diagnose? Is it a part I can replace? Is it worth it even or do I just upgrade. I really wish it was just a leak and I could tighten something but unfortunately that’s not the case. Any help is appreciated.

Also I normally don’t mess with the moisture trap when I start it I was just doing that in the video to show it is sealed.

Tamiya F-14D Tomcat

Awesome build. Super happy with the paint job on this one. Decided to go easy on weathering but I did do a marbling effect to give it a sun bleached look.. Might go back and do it at some point but for now I’m happy with it. You can see it mostly on the wings. I had a few mishaps on the body that required another coat of paint and covered it up. I started to do a panel line wash but there were way too many and I honestly just got lazy and wanted to call this one done. But all together I really like this one. The cockpit was super detailed and the functionality of the wings is a great touch. I really love Tamiya kits they just come together so nicely. That being said I just started on my first Ryefield kid and boy oh boy am I in for a challenge haha. Hope you enjoy everyone and happy building.

Edit: yes, that one crooked missile drives me crazy too but it just kept settling that way and I eventually gave up haha

Last few projects I haven’t posted here.

Tamiya M1A2 Abram’s, Panzer IV 70A, and a Bandai AT-AT that I saw in the shop and figured would be a fun project to break up some of the builds I normally do. I really enjoyed all 3 and am very happy with the results. The Abram’s is my first attempt at a camo pattern, quickly followed by the panzer. I’m thrilled with how they both came out and the AT-AT was just good fun. Very happy with the weathering on that as well.

Realized I never shared these on here but wanted to because I love this sub. Really makes Reddit more fun seeing other people who love the same hobby as me. Hope you guys enjoy these and happy building!
