A while ago Wplace made some changes and updates are periods not allowed in usernames anymore???

I have one in mine and now it says I have to change my username to apply any updates to my profile like changing my frame, my font color, badges, flags, settings, etc.

My username isn't anything bad, it just has the word "Mr." at the front.

I really don't want to change my username and I'm really bummed I can no longer make any changes to my profile unless I do make that change.

(Which really stinks since I had a rainbow username and one of the updates removed it??? and now I cannot equip it again???? ;w;)

Is there any mods that can help me out with this???
