Delays on printer quote
I work at a medical simulation hospital and my team has a chunk of money left over for this fiscal year to go towards a new 3D printer. Due to how purchasing is handled, my business team needs a quote to better facilitate the buying process.
I submitted a quote request through the Prusa website on 4/27, which said it would take 5-7 business days to respond. It is now 5/15, 14 business days later, and I have still yet to get a response from the team. I have followed up via the info@prusa3d.com email, and another member of my business team has sent another quote request with no response.
We have a very limited time to use this money because the pool that this is coming from has to be spent by the beginning of next week.
Can anyone point me to someone that can help me? We want to buy an XL and we have a lot of projects that would really benefit from this, and I really don't want to let this money poof away. Thanks!
