How do I take apart the watercooling

Hi, just wondering where it is best to attach the drain valve and how i should go about dissasembling this pc i am looking to do a full upgrade (keeping the case) and would appreciate any tips or recommendations for parts.

My current specs are

-Gigabyte GTX1070

-Intel Core i7 7700K

- Corsair 32GB DDR4 RAM 3000MHz

- Samsung M.2 SSD 500GB

-eVGA 650W 80 plus gold PSU

- ASRock Z270 Motherboard

- Wifi Card

-Jonsbo Mod 3 Case
