Is it possible to reach my fitness goals?

I am struggling to find a good routine that works with eds to reach my p;ersonal fitness goals. Is swimming and pilates a good route, for instance? I have minor symptoms (Flexibility, muscle ache, fatigue, etc) but over time they seem more apparent. I fear losing weight rapidly and gaining extra skin. Unfortunately, to fix that is considered non-medical and more cosmetic. I don't make enough money for that.. So, I am just wondering if there is an effective way to actually lose some weight and gain lean muscle? Thank you in advance!
