Is this a bug? (USA Civil war timeframe)
I've played the USA twice since the new update and both times before 1846 the civil war starts. The second time I didn't do anything that would piss of the factions sympathetic to the slavers and a civil war started in 1838. Am I an idiot just playing the game wrong? Or have you guys noticed this bug?
