As summer rolls around don’t forget your poor spare tire.
5 hours from home, rolling at 75mph 8minutes from Ohios border in PA, rear right tire exploded.
Checked tires, fluids, brakes a couple days before. All was fine. Must have picked something up in a road zone in PA.
The spare happened to be as old as the truck, AND low on air, but driveable to the nearest town (8mins).
All in all, amazing start to my wedding week 😂 however all is good now and the White Whale has new shoes, albeit less beefy than the Wranglers…
