Tips for resin models

Decided to take the Konflikt plunge with the commonwealth celebration bundle, I’ve got a good few years of experience with plastic models but I’m a noob with resin, just hoping I can get some advice on tools/order of operations before I get started

Pair of commonwealth stuarts

Continuing with my desert pink scheme on a couple 3d printed stuarts, one with a homemade recce “turret” tried out silly putty for masking this time and it works pretty great, a bit easier and cleared than masking fluid

New desert bases

Trying to nail down how I want the bases for my 8th army / Afrika corps to look, thinking more Jordan reddish rocks and sand so that the khaki uniforms won’t blend in as much
