Starting to make things.

I decided to start properly my wargaming journey with konflikt 47, I’m a ttrpg player and I need a story for my army. This is the turret of a Matilda 2 I found online and modified to make it a tesla and afterwards I decided that needed something else so I attached 2 pieces of pla filament as the piping like the other tanks. A bit of digital and traditional kitbashing. The turret is far from finished, but I needed to prime it quickly to see better what is going on. Hopefully little by little I will cobble together an interesting army.

P.s. if anyone is interested I actually posted on thingiverse the remix of the original turret, obviously is not perfect because I’m not a 3d modeller

VOLKSGRENADIER SQUAD

I think I figured out how VOLKSGRENADIERS look like cannonicly in the universe of K47. While looking at Totenkorps models I noticed two german soldiers that looked diffrent from others. These are not Schwertruppen or shocktroopers and not Totenrotte commanders (I added images for comparison) the closest to them are the bodyguards of the german specialist medic. And this armour is defenetly wasn't used by normal germans. So the only unit that this could represent are Volksgrenadiers.

I encourage everyone to look into Konflikt 47 & Bolt Action at LVO next year.

Just finished the Warlord experience weekend (K47 Friday and BA Sat & Sun). It was a great experience, substantially cheaper than warhammer tickets, and atleast as much fun if not more so.

There was international players, and everyone leaves with prizes in the form of free models regardless of placement in the tournament. You get a prize after K47 day and a prize after BA weekend. The higher you place you get first pick of the prize pool.

TLDR; hope yall can go to LVO next year. Have fun, get free minis, grow the community!

Tips for resin models

Decided to take the Konflikt plunge with the commonwealth celebration bundle, I’ve got a good few years of experience with plastic models but I’m a noob with resin, just hoping I can get some advice on tools/order of operations before I get started
