Day 11 4-5 bottles daily for a month

I’m able to sleep now I feel almost 100% now. Life is way better. There was a few times withing the past 11 days I was about to cave on cravings. Glad I’m where I am now. I remember in just that 1 month how chaotic life felt and now I’m glad for stability back in my life. Things are good 🤙🏼. If you’re on the fence about quitting the withdrawal from these are very quick. Almost from day 1 symptoms start improving from day 1-2. It’s uncomfortable but it’s not a very drawn out withdrawal.

Day 9 4-5 a day for a month

Feeling pretty good today glad I’ve come this far in to this. I’m able to sleep alittle better, things are looking good. Still having minor sweating at night but nothing crazy. I’m at about 85% my normal self now thank god. I remember how difficult the first 2-3 days were and I’m grateful that I’m able to be here at day 9 functioning normally.

Day 7 4-5 a day for a month

On day 6 I had some pretty hard thoughts of just doing one. Luckily I was able to push through those and now I’m on the other side still clean. I have been doing these previously and wondered if anyone has experienced kindling? For only a month use I was surprised at how bad the first 2 days were was wondering if that was due to previous use. I used these for 3 months one time so I was wondering if maybe that has a cause to things? Anyway, I’m actually pooping regular now wish is funny that it’s something I’m happy about. I’m also noticing that I’m starting to get back to my normal self which is great.

Day 6 4-5 bottles daily for a month

Day 6 today. Definitely know I’m alittle off. Mostly just that I’m easily overwhelmed. Yesterday and today I can tell the craving are really coming in with the thought of “I’ll just have one” best thing I did for myself was get honest with atleast someone to be held accountable. Last night I sleep a good 7 hours without any sleep meds/aid. Things are looking good now it’s just about pushing through.

Day 5 4-5 a day for a month

I’ve noticed in the afternoons I feel a ton better than during the day. Today I can tell I’m feeling much better. First 2 days were diabolical, was surprised at how bad it could be on just a months use. Today marks day 5 and I definetly feel the fog lifting

Day 4 4-5 a day for a month

Feeling much better today. Last night I actually almost felt normal. It appears that the night times seem to be a little bit easier to handle. This morning I can tell I’m still alittle bit off but it’s nowhere near what I was feeling yesterday. Seems as if I’ve turned a corner and I am feeling much better. Still feel alittle bit raw but not super anxious and depressed

Day 2 4-5 for a moth

Today’s day 2 of CT withdrawal from FF I was doing about 4-5 a day for a month the last 2 days I did 7 in one day. This isn’t my first rodeo I had about a year off them then ended up getting back in the cycle. I will say this time around the withdrawals aren’t as bad however I’m still pretty surprised at how much W/D I am experiencing. I feel functional today it’s mostly the mental side. Day 1 was an absolute fight however waking up today after getting a good amount of sleep I feel 100x better

3-5 a day for a month

Want opinions on how long I will deal with the withdrawals. I took these pretty much everyday for a month got all the way up to 6-7 last 2 days and made the declaration to quit. I’m on day one and Currently feel really depressed, physical symptoms aren’t bad I have no appetite but I just feel extreme despair of that makes sense. Like I could ball my eyes out.
